World Vegan Day November 1st
I fully recommend a whole food plant-based diet. My work as a wellness facilitator includes dietary recommendations and this is to get more plant based whole foods into our diet.
My top reason for doing this is to bring our focus on to how much nutrition we can get into our body and taking our focus away from calorie counting, fear of carbs and label obsession. Brightly coloured fruit and vegetables are packed with health enhancing nutrients and science tells us our risk of chronic disease is lowered by eating plenty of them.
