Juliet has a patient-centred, considerate and good humoured approach to care. She has worked in NHS and private clinics and her areas of specialism include cranial osteopathy, paediatrics, women’s health, chronic health conditions and recovery from trauma. Juliet holds a First class honours degree in osteopathy and research interests include biopsychosocial approaches to pain and therapeutic interventions for mental health.
Juliet’s approach includes structural, cranial, visceral modalities and draws from osteopathic principles as well as many years of studying yoga, mindfulness and related complementary and alternative therapies. She has completed rigorous training in the treatment of babies and children with the Foundation of Paediatric Osteopathy (Osteopathic Centre for Children, London) and is presently studying towards a doctorate in child and adolescent psychotherapy.
Juliet loves travel, time by the sea, hiking, triathlon, dance and the arts. In quieter moments, she can be found listening to music, spending time with loved ones, or attempting to study or meditate amidst the allure of distractions.
