Our fabulous Nicola was one of four physiotherapist supporting the competitors at this years Invictus Games. Nicola holds the rank of Major in the Royal Army Medical Services. She has completed two operational tours in Iraq (2007) and Afghanistan (2009). She is also the head physiotherapist for the Army Rugby Union first team.
Nicola has always had passion for all sport from a young age from rounders, hockey, athletics, netball, ballet, tap, modern, ice skating, skiing and loves the outdoors. She has also completed her accelerated free fall skydiving course, speed boat and Sailing level 1 course through the Army. However, her main passion is showjumping. Nicola owns her own horse called Alicia and competes at National Amateur Level and represents the Army. The highlights of her jumping career have been competing at the National Amateur Finals, jumping in front of the Queen at Royal Windsor Horse Show and competing as the top 8 military riders at Olympia International Horse Show in the Military class.
