Postural weakness often comes about from poor daily habits, rather than going about our daily lives with a good posture we often will find ourselves in a poor postural position, leaning on furniture and slumping into our desks. It is safe to say that most of us will do this regularly and if we don’t learn how to correct it or even notice when we are doing it we will certainly end up with postural weakness.

By seeing a #Physiotherapist they can help you to notice when you are in a poor posture and teach you how to correct it. They can give you stretches to help lengthen short and tight muscles and give you strengthening exercises to help you to build up the muscles to maintain your posture and help you to adapt your daily tasks to help you improve your posture.

Please make an appointment if you want more information.
