As of Saturday 21st March The Harrison Clinic has developed new working practices in light of COVID-19.
All booked patients will be contacted regarding their impending appointment.
The protocol is as follows;
You will be asked if you consider your appointment an emergency.
If you do consider your appointment an emergency, a call with a practitioner will be arranged.
The practitioner will call you and assess if you need to attend in person, receive an online consultation or be given advice over the phone.
If you do not consider yourself an emergency but still need help, you will be offered a phone call from a practitioner.
The practitioner will call you and assess if you need to receive an online consultation or be given advice over the phone.
If you do not consider yourself an emergency and do not need any immediate help, you will be invited to call the clinic should your situation change. Your name will be listed for follow-up once the clinic resumes normal practice.
Phone call and virtual appointments are free of charge
If you have booked your appointment online, we invite you to cancel online if possible. Here is the link for your information.
Patients who do not have existing appointments and new patients;
The Harrison clinic will be providing free of charge phone and virtual consultations to all of those in need throughout the COVID 19 crisis*. This service is available to anybody. New patients are as welcome as existing patients to use this service. Please do not struggle with pain at this already challenging time, our team are ready to help you.
We are setting up a closed Facebook group giving information to help you stay physically fit and well throughout this challenging time. A link will be sent to you shortly. We would love you, your family and friends to join us.
