HALF KNEELING PLANK

Here are the steps to performing a half kneeling plank:

  • Begin lying on the floor with your forearms flat on the floor, making sure that your elbows are aligned directly under your shoulders.
  • Engage your core and raise the top half of your body up and hips off the floor, keeping your forearms on the floor and your body in a straight line from head to feet with the tops of your feet in contact with the floor. Keep your abdominals engaged and try not to let your hips drop.
  • Hold for 10-20 seconds and repeat.
