We are delighted to announce our newest member to the team Lisa Harris who is a Cranial Osteopath, Osteopath and Sports & Relaxation Masseur.
Lisa gained her BSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes in Osteopathy and is also a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist.
She then went on to train in Cranial Osteopathy which can be very gentle, working with the soft tissue layers throughout the whole body. A specialist interest in babies and children led her to obtaining the postgraduate British School of Osteopathy’s specialist pediatric certificate. This included working in their pediatric clinic in London gaining a wealth of diverse experience. All Osteopaths continually keep their skills and knowledge up to date attending courses each year. Lisa has completed courses including further cranial training, chronic pain, headaches, sports injuries, kinesiotaping, babies and children, pregnancy and postnatal mothers.
Lisa treats a wide range of clients from newborns to the elderly, office workers to weekend warriors many of whom find a cranial osteopathy approach helpful. She is passionate about helping her clients to obtain health and fitness goals.
Lisa lives with her partner and their 2 Labradors on a farm in Berkshire. She decided to get fitter and somehow has become addicted to triathlons.
