Melina has 25 years’ experience as an osteopath and is director of her own physical health clinic in Berkshire. Her busy clinic see’s hundreds of patients every week.
Melina has worked with thousands of patients with injuries and dysfunctional physical health. This wealth of clinical experience lead Melina to focus her work on disease and injury prevention though health coaching. Melina helps clients develop healthy habits and break unhealthy ones in order to upscale their health on a permanent basis.
Melina works with individuals, organisations, schools, delivers lectures and workshops and runs health retreats in America and the UK. She has also collaborated with New York Times bestselling author Sophie Uliano to co-create and co-host the Hello Gorgeous retreats in Miami and California.
The Harrison Clinic
Melina opened The Harrison Clinic in 2003. This is a multidisciplinary clinic with a team of accomplished practitioners. The Harrison Clinic provides osteopathy, cranial osteopathy, health coaching, physiotherapy, sports massage, nutritional medicine and Pilates to a broad range of patients. Melina wanted to create a clinic that is second to none in its professionalism but with a warm relaxed ambiance for patients to feel relaxed in.
As director, it has always been Melina’s belief that input from a team of practitioners with a range of specialisms, will provide patients with the effective, thorough and lasting recovery they want. At her clinic, you can be treated by one practitioner of your choice or by a selected team. The choice is yours.
The Harrison Clinic continues to thrive being one of the busiest and fastest growing clinics of its type in Berkshire. Her clinic is delighted to support local events and sports clubs and dance schools.
Outside of work Melina is a mum of two teenage girls. She is a ballroom and Latin dancer, competing at a national level and continues to train daily. She is the current over 50’s NATD national champion for both Ballroom and Latin dance.
Melina is also on the steering committee of the Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Association UK, which is dedicated to providing education to osteopaths who treat performers.
